If you’re anything like me and spending money on an online program isn’t something you do unless you’re 100% sure it’s going to be worth it, then you should read this review.
Have you ever bought something, thinking it was going to make your life easier and it turned out to be a total dud?
Who hasn’t, right? Well I don’t want you to experience that. So, before we get into whether or not Connor Shelefontiuk’s Project Pioneer is worth the investment, let me give you a little background
Inside The Project Pioneer Course
Connor Shelefontiuk has created a course to help you set up your online store and earn money with dropshipping. The course is in the form of training videos, which are available on demand in the Pioneer’s program member area.
They cover everything you’ll need to know to get started with your online business, including:
- How to get started with dropshipping, even if you have no previous experience.
- How to get your first sales and reviews, which can be difficult in the beginning.
- How to list products that sell well, and target markets that are profitable.
- How to create multiple streams of income from your dropshipping store.

Who is Connor Shelefontiuk?
After spending most years of his life glued to League of Legends, Connor Shelefontiuk can claim today that he’s a well-known, respected dropshipper and successful marketer.
He thought his life was ruined after failing at becoming a professional soccer player back in college, and it was quite difficult for him to get back on the right path.
Long story short, Connor started cleaning bathrooms and while he hated the job, it brought a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for him.
He claims that, somehow, he managed to hear from Elon Musk the best practices to follow when trying to make money online. And they were all about testing. Connor applied what he learned that day and ended up taking that approach and adapting it to his area of expertise: e-commerce.
In the process, he developed what he calls “The Project Pioneer Protocol”, and built the Pioneer program to help others achieve his same results.
What Does Project Pioneer Teach? Course Overview
There are 8 modules in this course:
- Module 1 – Setting Up Your Mindset
- Module 2 – The Foundation
- Module 3 – Identify & Act (Choosing your product)
- Module 4 – Testing
- Module 5 – Optimization
- Module 6 – Scale
- Module 7 – Maintain & Replicate
- Module 8 – Email and SMS Marketing
- Bonus Module – Tools and resources taken from Connor’s expertise to launch your product successfully.
Project Pioneer starts with an overview of everything dropshipping related, followed by a few modules on how to find the right niche to sell, how to find suppliers, how to choose the right goal-oriented product to sell, how to optimize your list and much more.
It also includes some lessons on setting up your ecommerce store. The course is obviously endowed with the knowledge and experience of a true professional.
There are no affiliate links in the program, which I found to be quite refreshing. The whole focus is on taking action to start making money online through your own dropshipping store.
But, Is Dropshipping a Good Side Hustle?
The dropshipping business model has proved to be one of the most lucrative ways to build a profitable ecommerce business without any upfront costs.
One of the main reasons dropshipping is so popular is that it offers merchants the opportunity to scale up their ecommerce business instantly without needing to worry about storing or shipping products.
Anyway, the only way to know if dropshipping can work for you is through testing. What I can say is that if you’re looking to sell stuff online, dropshipping could be a great place to start.
Now, if what you really want is to become a millionaire overnight, you’re going to need an awful lot of luck.
Dropshipping is not a get-rich-quick scheme. There are no shortcuts in a business based on a digital platform. You have to learn how to market your products in order to succeed in the long run.
Still, it’s impossible to deny that dropshipping is profitable.
Project Pioneer – The Good & The Bad
The major thing that I liked about Project Pioneer is the way that it was broken down into simple steps to follow.
They covered everything from deciding what you want to sell, to figuring out how much you will be spending on each sale, and everything in between.
The lessons are all well explained and easy to follow. The tone of the course is very relaxed, which makes it very easy to get through the learning process while still applying what you learn in your own business.
Connor covers everything you need to know, without any fluff. His tips also work great for me. There are some great tips that he shares in Project Pioneer which I haven’t come across before, but are straightforward once you see them explained.
There’s nothing bad about the Project Pioneer course, but let’s be real here:
Dropshipping is hard work, which means you have to spend money to profit. If things don’t go as expected, you can lose all your hard-earned cash.
The reason for this is that if you try to sell something without any prior research or preparation, you may have to deal with returns, incorrect orders and other issues that will cost you more than you earn.
That being said, there are ways to minimize these costs, and if you’re willing to put in the time and effort to do it right, then there’s money to be made.
Conclusion: Is Project Pioneer Course Worth Buying?
Fact: Making money online is hard. If you’re struggling to make money with your business, the last thing you need is another stuffy marketing course that offers up fluffy advice like “Be sure to post 5-7 times per week!”
In terms of content quality, the Project Pioneer is far away from that. The course lives up to some of the best eCommerce courses I’ve ever come across. The content is detailed and covers a wide range of topics, aimed at both beginners and intermediate-level ecommerce entrepreneurs.
Overall, I think Connor Shelefontiuk’s Project Pioneer course is high-quality, well-designed, and comprehensive. I was especially impressed with the amount of information that’s covered in such a short time.
And while it may not be the best fit for advanced dropshipping entrepreneurs, I definitely recommend this course for those new to dropshipping.
