  1. In-store Return – This is the fastest way by which you can initiate returns. In this, the customer will have to take his/ her purchased product and visit the nearest Mango stores. Once the store accepts the returned product, your refund will be initiated in the same method in which you had purchased the product.
  2. Home Collection – Go to the website’s My Account section and click on ‘Returns’. Follow each step afterward. You will receive an email confirming your return with an allotted date. Once the product gets collected from your home, you will receive a refund within 3-12 days.
  3. Post Office –. You need to repack your product along with the delivery note and post the product to Mango. Once it gets received in the warehouse, you will receive your refund with 3-12 business days.

To initiate a Mango Return, go to its website within 14 days of purchase. Form a return label followed by filling the delivery note. With original packaging repack your product along with the delivery note and return label. Send it back via Royal Mail. You will have to pay for return shipping as well.

After 14 days, you will receive a confirmatory mail indicating the package being received at the warehouse. You will receive a refund by the original payment method 3-5 days after the confirmation mail.
